Here at Glisten we not only have a love of fashion but also culture and style history. We sell to many vintage enthusiasts, who not only love the look and feel of apparel and trinkets from bygone eras but are fascinated and excited by the thought of wearing something steeped in history.
Each item has its own past , its own uniqueness and that adds to the buyers own personal style.
We cant always be sure who owned that particular 1960s Dior silk turban, or if wearing that stunning 1950s taffeta wedding dress with the short silky skirt, pearl detail and long lace sleeves was really the most special day of the owners life... but we can certainly imagine :-)
And we do know without a doubt that all of our items were at some point new and loved, and bought or made with excitement and anticipation, and that is how we feel when we find something new for you!
