Glisten Vintage is continualy being updated. Each week we find new and exciting items to add to our shop. This means that sometimes the size of an item or details of a product may not be updated straight away.

Glisten Vintage Disclaimer.

Sizes

All sizes are Approximate and there for they are estimates only. Sizes are taken while the items are laid flat and then doubled. Bust from armpit to armpit. Length from armpit to hem.

Occasionaly we use smaller models for larger sizes and pin clothing at the back therfore it is best to go by approx size rather than look of the model.

Dating

Authenticity and circa dating are determined to the best of our ability based on materials incorporated, methods of manufacture, design, hallmarks and signatures Dating and period attributions are not an exact science as decorative periods frequently overlap and borrow influences from one another.

Colour

Please  remember that colours on your computer monitor may differ to the colour of the item that you are viewing.

Glisten Vintage condition guide

As with most vintage goods it is expected that there will be some signs of wear. We will always endeavour to point out any flaws or very obvious signs of wear. Part of the charm of vintage is that it has history and is unique. Items are therefore sold on a ‘sold as seen’ basis. If you would like to know more about the condition of an item before you make a purchase then please contact us and we will be happy to discuss it with you.

Best: Worn either once or twice only or extremely well cared for and therefore has little or no signs of wear.

Very Good: Worn with minimal notable flaws.

Good: Possibly numerous noted flaws, may need repair.

Poor: Not fit for wear. use as a design, display or study piece

Returns

Glisten Vintage describe each product as accurately as possible. This includes sizing, wear and tear and colour  If you have read the product information carefully before buying. We are certain you will be happy with your purchase. We will not accept returns unless the product is not in the condition  described.
If you feel your item is not as described please email returns@glistenvintage.co.uk
If a return is agreed you will be offered a credit note or exchange equivalent to the amount of your purchase. We do not offer refunds.
You will need to return your item within 7 days by recorded delivery.
Goods must be returned at your own cost, complete with packaging and with any tags/stickers attached. Goods must be returned in their original condition as per their despatch from Glisten Vintage. We are unable to offer refund of postage charges for the despatch or return of items. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or credit on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since despatch from Glisten Vintage.
